What step comes after plaquenil? My rheumy thinks in the long run plaquenil will not be enough for me and I will have to go to the next step. My question is, if plaquenil doesn't work, what is the next step of medication? Rheumy is very conservative with meds and always looks for the smallest dose possible and the least amount of meds.
